If your DTC brand has decided TikTok Shop is worth running as a real channel, the software you pick isn’t a stack question. It’s the leverage that decides how many creators one operator can hold. And on healthy TikTok Shop programs, affiliate-driven content produces most of the growth, so the tool that runs your affiliate operation is effectively the tool that runs your customer acquisition. This guide covers software you run yourself. It isn’t a review of managed agencies.
Who this is for
This is for small DTC brands with an in-house operator, one to a few employees who can spend real hours each week on creator work. If you don’t have that person, an agency will drive more GMV per dollar than any of these tools, because software automates the mechanics and leaves the judgment: who to target, what commission to offer, how to brief creators, which winners to scale. If you do have that person, the question is which platform does the most of the mechanics without pushing you up a price tier the moment your program starts working.
Some readers should skip this guide entirely. If you haven’t opened a TikTok Shop yet, or you’re still deciding whether the channel fits your brand, don’t buy software. Run the native Affiliate Center for a quarter and see if the numbers move.
Our pick: Cruva
Cruva does the most for the least on its entry plan, and that’s the whole reason it wins for a small brand. On its own pricing page, the Basic tier is $199/month and ships outreach, CRM, an email and message center, a 4M+ affiliate database, a customizable analytics dashboard with demographic data, video and LIVE analytics, sample request management, and 5 concurrent automations; the Growth tier at $399/month adds AI and lookalike creator search, creator brief creation, a 20-creator community, AI sample request approval, retention and cohort analysis, and 7 concurrent automations; and the Scale tier at $599/month adds unlimited community, AI auto-replies, and usage rights requests for any video. The Scale tier also adds Halo Effect tracking across Amazon and Shopify, GMV Max with full ad analytics, unlimited automations, and priority support.
The safety story matters too. Cruva describes itself as an Official TikTok Shop Partner and states the platform is built to support approved TikTok Shop affiliate workflows and reduce risky manual workarounds. For a small brand, that partner status is the difference between a growth channel and a suspension email. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with a two-week money-back guarantee, so a small team can validate the workflow on real creators before committing.
The trade-offs are real. AI creator search lives on the $399/month Growth tier, and cross-channel Halo Effect reporting is a $599 Scale feature, so a brand that wants either from day one will be paying more than the sticker on Basic. Enterprise is “Custom,” which is standard practice but means you can’t price the top tier without a sales cycle.
Runner-up: Euka
Euka is the platform to consider if paid amplification is already central to how you plan to scale, because its Growth tier is built around AI-powered creator search, automated outreach to competitors’ creators, and automated creative briefing. Euka’s own pricing page publishes numeric prices for the first two tiers: Starter at $199/month per workspace, ideal for new TikTok Shops under $2K monthly GMV, and Growth at $599/month per workspace, recommended for scaling TikTok Shops over $2K monthly GMV. Above that, there’s an Enterprise tier for high-volume shops needing maximum speed and dedicated support, and an Agency tier for managing multiple TikTok Shops, both quoted on a call.
The Growth tier is where the differentiation lives on the pricing page: unlimited messages, invites and emails, unlimited CRM access, automated spark code collections, AI-powered creator search and list building, automated outreach to competitors’ creators, automated creative briefing, premium access to the social intelligence tool, and a dedicated account manager. The reason it lands at #2 for a small DTC brand is the explicit GMV cap on the Starter plan, which means the moment your program works you’ve outgrown the entry tier and jumped from $199 to $599 per workspace.
Also great: the native TikTok Shop Affiliate Center (free)
If you haven’t opened an affiliate program yet and you want to prove the channel before paying for software, TikTok’s own tool is enough. TikTok Shop’s affiliate marketing page describes the two workflows: Open Collaboration lets all affiliate creators discover and promote your products, and Target Collaboration lets you work with specific creators that fit your brand. TikTok’s own knowledge base confirms Target Collaboration lets sellers invite specific creators for selected products, Open Collaboration exposes products to all creators, target rates override open rates, commissions run from 1% to 80%, and sellers can add products, set standard or ads commission, enable free samples, and track creator performance in Affiliate Center.
That’s a real workflow, and the price is right. The reason to pay for software later is throughput: passive Open Collaboration alone rarely fills a pipeline, and running Targeted invites one at a time inside Seller Center is a job. Once you know you want to reach hundreds of creators a week, the manual work is the bottleneck a creator CRM removes.
Budget pick: Colaba
If the only bottleneck is outreach volume and you have a clear targeting plan, Colaba is the cheapest published way to solve it. Colaba’s own pricing page lists three tiers: Basic at $59/month (one TikTok Shop, one bot, 10,000 monthly collaborations/DMs/emails, 5 advanced filters), Pro at $129/month (two shops, two bots, 100,000 monthly outreach, 10 filters, analytics dashboard, no sub-accounts), and Agency at $249/month (5+ shops, 5 bots included, unlimited outreach, sub-accounts, premium WhatsApp or Telegram support). If you run multiple shops, extra bots or shops are available at $29/month each.
Colaba is deliberately narrow. It’s an AI-powered automation platform that streamlines creator outreach, direct messaging, email campaigns, and sample requests, and it stops there. There’s no cross-channel attribution and no strategic layer. Pair it with a targeting plan you already trust, and it’s a very cheap way to send a lot of messages. Pair it with nothing, and you’re just sending more messages faster.
How to choose between them
The decision tree is shorter than the comparison table looks. If you have an in-house operator and want one publicly priced tool that runs the whole program, Cruva. If Meta Ads are already central to your growth plan and you’re willing to book a call for pricing on the top tiers, Euka. If you’re still validating whether TikTok Shop is worth running at all, the native Affiliate Center is free and enough. If your targeting is figured out and you just need to send more invites for less money, Colaba.
Software is one piece of the getting-customers stack, not the whole thing. If your DTC brand is also running post-purchase upsells, our guide to the best AI Shopify upsell apps for small DTC stores covers the other side of that same revenue line, and once winning creator videos start landing, the best AI video clip generators for small business content distribution is how a small team turns one good post into a week of content. And if you’re still working out whether Klaviyo or Mailchimp is the right email backbone underneath all of this, our head-to-head on those two is the piece to read next.
We wouldn’t run more than one affiliate platform at a time. Pick the one that matches how you actually plan to work, run it for a full quarter, and let the GMV per creator, not the feature list, decide whether it stays.
